MPLC licenses enable businesses and organisations to show films and TV programmes in public spaces, enhancing your customer experience. Common use cases range from retail spaces to fitness areas, from corporate offices to hotel bedrooms and car dealerships, with thousands of venues in between.
We offer two types of licence for public performance. The one you will need depends on how and where you are showing TV or film in a public place.
An MPLC Blanket Licence, is an easy to buy licence that provides immediate cover. The blanket licence offers unlimited exhibitions with no need to record or report what is being shown.

The MPLC Title by Title licence is a licence for a one-off event. The licence allows you to organise a Film Festival, outdoor screenings or to simply show a specific film in a public place.
It also allows you to advertise, for example on brochures, posters, websites, social networks, press releases, etc., and/or to request the payment of a ticket for admission.
Our customers include individuals as well as organisations such as cultural associations, film clubs and hotels. We can help you obtain a licence before the date of your screening.
